These Terms govern use of the Mavara Group website and participation in our Europe-wide M&A case competition ("Competition").
Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate information. Team size is 1–4 people.
Registration
Participation in the competition is free of charge for all teams.
Competition rules
Rules, deadlines, and evaluation criteria published on the competition pages are part of these Terms. We may adjust schedules for operational reasons and will notify participants.
Submissions & IP
Participants retain ownership of their submissions. Participants grant Mavara Group a limited license to use submissions only for operating, evaluating, and promoting the Competition (for example, showcasing finalists), unless otherwise specified.
Disqualification
We may disqualify teams for cheating, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
The Netherlands.
